   1.  30-Day Refund Window – If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the work already completed.
  2.  Service-Based Work – Since our services involve time, strategy, and resources, once the project has started, full refunds are not available.
    3.  Advance Payments – Any advance payment made for services is non-refundable, as it secures project booking and initial setup costs.

    4.   Incomplete Projects – If for any reason we are unable to deliver the agreed service, a partial refund may be provided after deducting the work already completed.
    5.  Client Responsibility – Refunds will not be applicable if delays or non-performance are caused by the client (such as lack of required information, approvals, or delayed communication).
    6.  Custom Projects – For customized services like ads management, landing page design, or growth consulting, payments are considered final and non-refundable once the service is initiated.
